An away-day for a small team and an off-site strategy workshop share one problem: venues are built for groups of fifty to a hundred and twenty, so a team of ten or twenty ends up in a room next to three other conferences. Here there is no “next to”.

Offsite and workshop
Wednesday – Friday, all year
An off-site strategy workshop for the board or the team. The living room as the workshop room, Wi-Fi, full catering, the sauna in the evening. Actual focus instead of a corporate hotel.
Team away-day
All year
An away-weekend for a department or the whole company: the lake, a bonfire, the pool, the spa, cooking together. We shape the programme around the size of the team and how much of it should be work.
The Christmas window of 23–27 December has its own rate — if your company dinner falls there, write to us and we will price those exact dates.

What companies ask
Do you rent the property whole only?
Yes. The house takes one group at a time — we never split it between companies or private guests. The grounds, the spa and the living room are yours for the whole stay, with no time slots and no strangers at breakfast.
What is the maximum group size?
Up to 24 guests staying overnight, in six rooms with their own bathrooms. The price is for the whole property regardless of how many of you come, so the larger the team, the lower the cost per person.
Is there space for a presentation and workshop work?
The living room doubles as the workshop room — it seats the whole group at one table, with Wi-Fi across the estate. A flipchart or a screen is arranged before you arrive, so it is waiting for you.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, as standard. The stay is settled like any other business service.
How far is it from Warsaw?
About 90 minutes by car, 15 kilometres from Płock and 76 from Modlin airport. Free parking on site.
How far ahead should we book a company Christmas dinner?
Dates in the second half of November and in December fill up from October. If you have a particular week in mind, write sooner rather than later — we hold a date for 48 hours so you have time to confirm it internally.
Can we come for a single day, without staying overnight?
Yes — it happens often with workshops and board meetings. A day without overnight stays is quoted individually: tell us how many of you and what hours you need.
