Infrared sauna, steam cabin and a six-person jacuzzi — all inside, all yours, no time slots. The heated outdoor pool runs from 1 April until 2 November; the rest of the year belongs to the fireplace, the sauna and the ice-cold Lake Zdworskie — the largest lake in the Gostynin Lake District — three hundred metres away.
The pool is heated by vacuum solar panels, so the water follows the weather — distinctly warm after sunny days, cooler after a few cloudy ones. If you would rather not leave it to chance, we bring it up to a comfortable temperature for your whole stay — PLN 1,000 per weekend.
A private forest thick with mushrooms in September, a stocked pond you can fish, a private beach and Lake Zdworskie, the largest in the Gostynin Lake District, three hundred metres from the door. A nature reserve begins where the fence ends.
Four cocktails made on premium Polish vodka, poured without limit for the whole stay and included in the price of the house. Not billed by the glass, not added at checkout, not an upsell. Almost nobody rents a house this way — and that is exactly why we do.
One dinner, one table, all twenty-four of you at once — no splitting into two sittings and no hunting for a restaurant that will take twenty-four people at nine in the evening. A second table of the same size stands in the covered barbecue house. The kitchen is yours for the whole stay, and if you would rather not cook, we cook for you.
Every package is the entire estate plus what the occasion needs. All prices are for the whole estate, whatever the number of guests. Breakfasts and full board from our own kitchen are quoted individually.

All prices are for the whole estate, whatever the number of guests, up to 24. Minimum stay 2 nights. Breakfasts and full board from our own kitchen are quoted individually. Every stay is covered by a short-term rental agreement: a 50% deposit confirms the booking, the balance and a refundable damage deposit of 3 000 zł are paid before arrival. Prices valid 01.09.2026 – 31.12.2027.

Pick your dates in the calendar and send the enquiry. We reply within 24 hours with confirmation of availability and the full quote.
Once you accept the quote we put the dates on hold for 48 hours and send you the rental agreement together with the transfer details. The deposit is 50% of the price, payable within 3 days of signing. In the calendar the dates turn on hold.
When the deposit lands we send a written confirmation and the dates become booked in the calendar. The balance and the refundable damage deposit of 3 000 zł are paid before arrival.
The calendar shows availability only — never the names or details of other guests. Dates blocked on Booking.com and in our own channels appear here automatically.
Every stay is confirmed by a short-term rental agreement. Here is what matters most in it — you can read the whole template before you decide.
A deposit of 50% of the price, payable within 3 days of signing, holds the dates. If it does not arrive in time, the agreement simply ends. The balance is due before arrival — full payment is the condition for handing over the house.
A refundable damage deposit of 3 000 zł, paid before arrival. If nothing is damaged we return it in full within 5 days of departure. Normal wear and tear is on us, not on you.
The price covers a stay for up to 24 people. A larger group needs to be agreed with us in advance — the house is rented whole, to one group at a time.
Welcome, free of charge — a bowl and a bed are waiting. The agreement asks only that you keep an eye on them: you cover damage and any cleaning beyond the usual.
Yours for the whole stay, all year. Two rules: no glass right by the jacuzzi, and under-18s use the spa with an adult. Nobody touches the technical settings.
Extending the stay and any cancellation are agreed in writing — an e-mail, a text or a WhatsApp message is enough. Cancellation terms follow art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code and are set out in §5 and §8.
The full document you will sign, with the amounts and dates left blank. Bank details are not in it — we send them with the booking confirmation, never publish them on a website.
