A house where nobody shushes you
Most hen weekends end up split across two hotel rooms, a restaurant with a booking slot and a club with a queue. Here everything happens in one place that belongs to you for the whole stay.
- The entire estate to one group at a time. No other guests, no reception, no shared spa.
- Spa with no time limits — infrared sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi for six.
- Open bar included — four cocktails on premium Polish vodka, refilled through the whole stay.
- Heated outdoor pool from 1 April to 2 November.

What makes it work
One group, one house
We rent the estate whole and to one group at a time. Whoever is inside is someone you invited.
For the drinks
Pornstar Martini, Sex on the Beach, Blue Lagoon and Pink Lady. Nothing is counted by the glass and nothing is added at checkout.
Fenced grounds
Private forest, a stocked pond, a private beach and a fire pit. The nearest neighbours are far away.
Spa zones
Infrared sauna, steam room and a six-person jacuzzi, open for as long as you want them.
Minutes from Warsaw
Close enough that nobody loses half a day getting here, far enough that the phone stops mattering.
Nights minimum
Prices are for the whole estate regardless of how many of you come — so the more of you there are, the less each person pays.
Two nights, no schedule to keep
Nothing here is compulsory and nothing runs on a timetable. This is simply the shape most groups fall into on their own.

Arrival and the first toast
The house is already yours. Six bedrooms to divide between you, the first cocktail from the open bar, a walk around the grounds while it is still light.

The spa, only for you
Infrared sauna, steam room, jacuzzi for six. Nobody knocks and nobody reminds you that your hour is up.

Evening
Dinner at the long table
A table for twenty-four indoors and a second one in the covered barbecue house, so the weather has no say in it. Our own kitchen and cooks are available on request and quoted individually.

Bar, music, pool
Four cocktails without limit, pool table, darts, shisha by the fire. In pool season the water is heated, so a swim at two in the morning is entirely realistic.

Slow
Coffee on the terrace, one more sauna, a walk to the pond and the private beach. Checkout without anyone hurrying you.
One price for the whole house
Prices are for the entire estate, whatever the number of guests. The right column shows what that works out to per person with a full group of sixteen.

Pool season runs 1 April – 2 November. Minimum stay two nights. Included: the whole estate, the open bar, bed linen, towels and bathrobes, and free private parking. Booking terms: 50% deposit and a refundable 3 000 zł damage deposit, settled within five days of departure. Special dates — Easter, May long weekend, Corpus Christi, 11 November, St Andrew’s night, Christmas and New Year — are priced separately.
What we can add
The house already has everything you need for the weekend to work. Anything beyond that we arrange on request and price individually — write to us with what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly what is realistic and what it costs.
- Breakfasts and full board from our own kitchen, with our cooks.
- Decorations, massages and a photographer.
- Wine and the host’s home-made liqueurs, beyond the open bar.
- A dog is welcome — free of charge, with a bed provided.
